Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of complex technical accounting and financial reporting issues
- Present critical issues and their proposed resolution to leadership and external auditors
- Continually assess the impact of accounting pronouncements on the business
- Parter with the business and align with corporate in support of the month-end close and related management reporting
- Evaluate derivatives and hedge accounting treatment utilized in contracts
- Ensure corporate accounting policies are in accordance with SEC and GAAP requirements by remaining up-to-date on new and proposed accounting pronouncements
- Assist with prep and review of SEC filings
- Provide necessary documentation to the external auditors
- Work on special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3 of Public Accounting experience
- CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC financial reporting requirements
- Excellent written and communication skills
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
