This multi-generational company provides innovative commercial glazing solutions across New England. Specializing in custom curtain wall systems, storefronts, skylights, specialty glass, and glass canopies, this organization delivers precision and quality at every stage. As a full-service provider, they manage everything from material takeoffs and shop drawings to sourcing and on-site installation, ensuring projects are completed seamlessly. With decades of proven expertise, they combine in-house manufacturing with field services to create high-performance, engineered window and glazing systems that meet the most demanding architectural standards.

The Estimator will play a critical role in supporting project planning, pricing, and operational excellence while benefiting from a supportive environment that prioritizes development, teamwork, and internal advancement.

What You’ll Do:

• Interpret architectural drawings and perform accurate material takeoffs to support precise project planning.
• Prepare detailed estimates and bid packages, ensuring competitive pricing and clarity in scope.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop project strategies and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct site visits to validate conditions and strengthen estimating accuracy while learning hands-on.
• Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance technical knowledge and contribute to process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A degree or certification in building construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction, estimating, or a similar discipline is considered a strong plus
• Internship or co-op experience in the construction, development, or similar industries
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• A positive, collaborative mindset
