Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator, based in Hingham, MA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing comprehensive cost estimates, reviewing material and labor needs, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors. Additional responsibilities include evaluating project timelines, ensuring consistency with budgetary constraints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cost estimation, project analysis, and budgeting
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methodologies, and labor requirements
- Experience in vendor coordination and subcontractor management
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and work collaboratively in a team setting
