KLR Executive Search Group is proud to partner with a sophisticated and highly regarded law firm serving businesses, families, and individuals throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts in the search for a Litigation Paralegal to join the firm’s West Warwick, RI office. This position will support attorneys on a broad range of litigation matters and play a key role in case management, document preparation, discovery coordination, court filings, and day-to-day litigation support.

Responsibilities:
- Provide paralegal support throughout all phases of litigation matters, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, arbitration, trial preparation, and post-judgment matters.
- Draft, revise, proofread, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other case-related materials.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, maintain calendars, coordinate scheduling for depositions, court appearances, and client meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on litigation-related tasks.
- Assist with document production, factual research, preparation of exhibits and trial binders, communication with clients and third parties, and other administrative and litigation support responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of litigation support experience required.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court filings, discovery processes, legal terminology, and case management practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal/document management systems; experience with e-filing platforms and litigation support software preferred.
