Application Requirements & Essential Functions for Door Greeters:
- Welcome customers in an upbeat and energetic manner, demonstrating a familiarity with the Kittery Trading Post history and products we sell
- Good communication skills are needed and must be able to answer questions comfortably, and direct customers to departments within the store
- Must be able to demonstrate an awareness of basic Loss prevention functions, and understand and fill out paperwork associated with the position
- An attention to detail is critical with a strong ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of days, nights, and weekends per business needs
General Summary:
The associate will provide quality service to our customers. Duties include (but are not limited to): customer counter, customer service, giving direction, and answering general questions. A greeter must be upbeat, engaging, and a person who enjoys both meeting and assisting our customers.
Qualified candidates should have availability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of days, nights and weekends per business needs - Friday and/or Sunday availability is a must. Must be able to pass a background check.
