FRONT END ASSISTANT MANAGER (Cashier Assistant Manager)

The Cashier Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front-end cashier team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly customer transactions. This role manages cashier staff budgeting, training, performance, and workflow to maximize productivity and maintain exceptional customer service standards. The Cashier Manager also ensures compliance with cash handling procedures, monitors transaction accuracy, and partners with other departments to support smooth store operations. Candidates must be twenty-one years of age or older, be able to pass a standard background check, work evening, holidays, and weekends as necessary to support business needs.

Qualified candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules as written: A) Mondays 8am-4pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, Fridays 8am-4pm, Saturdays 8am-5pm, and Sundays 8am-5pm OR B) Mondays 8am-4pm, Tuesdays 8am-4pm, Wednesdays 8am-4pm, Thursdays 8am-4pm, and Sundays 9am-7pm.

On a daily basis the Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team ensures that the assigned buildings and surrounding areas provide comfort and safety through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance procedures. This individual as a part of our Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team will perform general cleaning duties which include sweeping, dusting, washing windows, washing floors, carpet maintenance, vacuuming, lavatory cleaning, snow removal and other related duties. Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance candidates must have an unrestricted driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays 7am-3:30pm with one shift being 10:30am-7pm TBD.

Firearm Records Clerks are responsible for assisting in the process of submitting NICS checks through regulated channels, contacting vendors for shopping and repair related matters, and maintaining daily paperwork for the department. You will work closely with the firearms sales associates, departmental managers, shipping entities, and training coordinator to ensure accuracy in all stored files as a Firearm Records Clerk. Data entry skills and confidentiality are a must.

Qualified candidates must be twenty-one years of age or older, be available to work Mondays 11am-7pm, Tuesdays 9am-5pm, Wednesdays 9am-5pm, Thursdays 9am-5pm, and Sundays 9am-5pm.

As a Camping Dept. - Retail Assistant Manager for Specialty Sports Departments you will help direct daily operations and be responsible for the supervision and motivation of sales and Senior Sales personnel. In addition, you, as our Camping Dept. - Retail Assistant Manager will train and develop the Sales team, provide performance reviews and counseling of subordinates, ensure quality customer service, support labor and sales goals as well as inventory control for a multi-million-dollar Division. Strong product knowledge, organizational, interpersonal, and selling skills are a major requirement.

As a Firearm Sales Specialist you’ll be expected to assist customers with all aspects of their buying decisions. Your training will allow you to help select, size, and outfit customers to an array of specialized equipment for their outdoor needs. You’ll restock merchandise to ensure the department and retail displays are organized, shoppable, and full. You will also perform other duties as a Firearm Sales Specialist assigned by management. Specialists report directly to the department’s management team and does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Must be twenty-one years of age, be able to pass a standard background check, and are not prohibited to be around firearms.

Our Cashiers provide quality service on the registers to our retail customers. Cashiers directly reports to the Cashier Assistant Manager with frequent contact/interaction with the Senior Cashiers and must be sixteen years of age or older. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to: learning the company requirements of receiving funds from customers in payment of goods, understanding the retail product basics, disbursing funds and recording all transactions as a Cashier.

As a member of the cashier management team you will be responsible for daily supervision and motivation of the cashiering and customer service staff. On a daily basis Warehouse Associates do the following: price changes, stocks, condenses, pulls and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail.

Retail Sales Associates assist customers as they shop within our store in our Footwear, Men's Clothing, and/or Women's Clothing departments. Our Retail Sales Associates must greet customers, answer questions related to the merchandise and store policies and locate items. Retail Sales Associates must keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked. Sales associates report directly to the retail assistant managers and must be sixteen years of age or older. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualified candidates must be available to work 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, or 3pm-7pm - a minimum of two shifts per week, one being a weekend day.

As Confectioner/Candy Room Associate you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the product for retail sales as well as upholding the cleanliness of the candy room/respective staging areas. Qualified candidates for the Confectioner/Candy Room Associate must be at least sixteen years of age or older, be able to lift up to 25lbs consistently, stand during the duration of the shift at the prep station, be an independent worker, self-motivated, and have the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors.
