This role will focus heavily on interview scheduling, resume review, and direct communication with hiring managers. Job Requirements
Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, especially when managing calendars and candidate information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive candidate and company information.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews by working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Resume Review: Review incoming resumes for alignment with role requirements and flag strong candidates for recruiter/hiring manager consideration.
Hiring Manager Communications: Serve as a liaison between recruiters and hiring managers to confirm availability, share candidate materials, and provide process updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HiBob.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
