The Role
We're seeking a rare hybrid talent: an Customer Growth AI Architect who combines deep technical expertise in agentic AI systems and workflow automation with the customer empathy and commercial acumen of a top-tier customer success and growth marketing professional.
You'll architect and deploy AI-first systems that don't just support customers—they intelligently drive expansion, identify upsell opportunities, predict churn, and orchestrate personalized engagement at scale. You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI automation and revenue growth, building systems that help customers realize value faster while naturally expanding their investment in Kiteworks.
Job Requirements
Technical Excellence
- Expert-level proficiency in n8n with demonstrated ability to build complex, production-grade workflows (or equivalent expertise in Make, Zapier, Temporal, or similar)
- Strong experience with API integrations, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions (LLMs, predictive models, recommendation engines)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript preferred)
- Experience with data platforms (SQL, data warehouses, ETL/ELT tools)
- Understanding of enterprise software architecture and security best practices
Customer Success & Marketing Expertise
- 3 years in customer success, growth marketing, or revenue operations roles
- Proven track record of driving net revenue retention and expansion
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages and expansion strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and CS tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Excellent communication skills—can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
AI-First Mindset
- Passion for agentic AI and autonomous systems
- Experience deploying AI solutions that drive business outcomes (not just demos)
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Build
- Agentic AI Workflows: Design and deploy sophisticated n8n (or similar) automation workflows that act as intelligent agents—monitoring customer health, triggering interventions, personalizing outreach, and identifying expansion opportunities without human intervention
- Customer Intelligence Systems: Build AI-powered analytics that predict which customers are ready to expand, which features will drive the most value, and when accounts are at risk
- Revenue Acceleration Engines: Create automated systems that identify cross-sell/upsell triggers, generate personalized expansion proposals, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns
- AI-Enhanced Onboarding: Develop intelligent onboarding sequences that adapt to customer behavior, accelerate time-to-value, and guide customers toward expansion-ready use cases
- Predictive Engagement Platform: Implement ML models and automated workflows that determine the right message, right channel, and right time for every customer interaction
AI Systems & Technical Automation (40%)
- Design and build production-grade agentic workflows using n8n, Make, or similar platforms at an expert level
- Implement AI/ML models for customer segmentation, propensity scoring, and predictive analytics
- Integrate Kiteworks APIs with CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, and AI platforms
- Create self-healing, autonomous systems that continuously optimize based on outcomes
- Develop custom integrations and microservices to extend automation capabilities
- Maintain system reliability, scalability, and security for all customer-facing automations
Customer Success & Growth (35%)
- Partner with Customer Success teams to understand pain points and growth opportunities
- Design data-driven customer journeys that drive product adoption and account expansion
- Build early warning systems for churn risk and automated intervention workflows
- Create customer health scoring systems that trigger appropriate engagement strategies
- Analyze customer usage patterns to identify expansion signals and whitespace opportunities
- Develop playbooks for AI-assisted customer success motions
Growth Marketing & Revenue Expansion (25%)
- Design and execute AI-powered marketing campaigns that drive customer expansion
- Create personalized, automated nurture sequences for upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Build attribution models to measure the impact of automated interventions on revenue
- Partner with Product Marketing to position AI capabilities as expansion drivers
- Develop customer case studies and success stories that demonstrate AI-driven outcomes
- Optimize conversion funnels from customer advocacy to expansion deals
