Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid) | Temp to Hire | San Rafael, CA | $30–$35/hour
A well-established nonprofit organization in Marin County is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their collaborative Human Resources team. This role works closely with the Recruiting Manager to support hiring initiatives across multiple programs serving individuals in community-based settings.

Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Review incoming resumes and assist with initial screenings.
- Maintain applicant data in the ATS and track recruiting metrics.
- Support the implementation and calibration of new HR systems and tools.
- Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; implementation experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
