Job Description
- The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in our fast-paced recruiting organization, working closely with a team of recruiters.
- This position is key in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression.
- The ideal candidate is an organizational guru who works effectively with both internal and external clients and candidates.
- They must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a talented organization.

- Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
- Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
- Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
- Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
- 3-5 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- This position is 100% onsite in San Francisco.
- The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to changing situations.
- This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, California.
