Intercourse, Pa | $45,000 per year salary bonus | Full-time

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional, world-class service.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing team member development.
- Create team schedules and manage labor to meet business needs.
- Lead daily operations, including opening, closing, and cash management.
- Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance to achieve store goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
- Foster team engagement through regular communication, coaching, and accountability.
- Build product knowledge and ensure the team confidently assists guests.
- Collaborate with other retail leaders to support the success of Kitchen Kettle Village.
- All other related duties as required or assigned.
