- Prepare jars, wicks, wax melters, and materials for candle production.
- Produce candles and wax melts by following established scent, dye, and temperature specifications.
- Assemble, label, price, and package finished candle products after curing.
- Perform leather goods assembly, including gluing, fastening, riveting, hardware installation, zipper stops, and hole punching.
- Assist with bag production through piling, clipping, turning, and other assembly tasks.
- Operate embossing equipment to apply company logos and customer monograms to leather products.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and manufacturing areas.
- Receive, organize, and inventory raw materials and finished goods to support production needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining manufacturing processes, answering questions, and creating custom monogrammed products.
- Collaborate with management to improve manufacturing procedures, safety practices, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality control, inventory, and material needs.
- Monitor repairs, special orders, and production levels to ensure inventory requirements are met.
