Good Vibes Happy Camper Shops – Kitchen Kettle Village
Intercourse, Pa | $14-$17/hour | Full-time Non-exempt

We’re looking for an energetic, guest-focused Team Lead to support the daily operations of both stores while helping create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment for guests and staff alike. This dual store role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys working closely with a team, leads by example on the sales floor, and is passionate about guest service, merchandising, and creating memorable shopping experiences across two unique stores within Kitchen Kettle Village.

What You’ll Do
- Support the daily operations of both Happy Camper and Good Vibes to ensure smooth and consistent store performance
- Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a welcoming, positive, and engaging shopping experience
- Build relationships with guests on the sales floor while supporting sales goals and team success
- Assist with merchandising, visual presentation, pricing, and maintaining organized, fully stocked sales floors
- Support inventory processes including stock organization, damaged goods, transfers, and returns
- Help onboard and train new team members while reinforcing company standards and expectations
- Maintain product knowledge and provide support and encouragement to fellow team members
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, operational tasks, and maintaining a clean and professional store environment
- Model Burnley Enterprises’ Vision, Mission, Values, and How-to B.E. standards through daily interactions and teamwork
- All other related duties as required or assigned
