Kirksey is looking for a dynamic, motivated Project Coordinator or Project Architect to join our Houston office.
Responsibilities
- Full project team and document coordination, including specifications, all consultants and their documents.
- Project Team resource for technical guidance to resolve design issues while maintaining design intent.
- Facilitate open team communication with all levels of project team – Internal Team, Owners, Contractors, Consultants and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
- Coordinate all Construction Administration processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field
- The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience
- Revit experience is strongly preferred
- Architectural license is preferred
