Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-performance science and technology facilities.
- Oversee all phases of design and documentation, including programming, planning, and construction administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project financials, contracts, and consultant agreements.
- Guide and mentor project teams, fostering professional growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 10 years in architectural project management, with a focus on laboratory, R&D, clean rooms, manufacturing, energy/oil & gas, or data centers.
- Registered Architect (RA) preferred.
- Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Skills: Strong leadership, client management, and technical expertise in high-performance facility design.
