What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at KIRIU USA CORPORATION?
This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objective.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Performs regular preventative maintenance on machines and/or equipment.
• Use of a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and/or service.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Minimum requirements for this position:
2-year technical degree or equivalent experience, background in troubleshooting and repair of automated machinery with emphasis on electrical and electronics.
A working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is desirable.
Knowledge and experience with CNC, PLC and robotic programming preferred.
