Renewal provides one-on-one, group and family counseling in office, home or school-based settings.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for helping to preserve a safe, healthy, cost-effective environment under the supervision of the Manager of Buildings & Grounds.
Responsibilities:

Perform basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and construction repairs and maintenance

Repair furniture, fixtures, and minor equipment

Painting – interior and exterior

Complete Maintenance Work Orders as directed

Manage areas that require routine upkeep and repair, as needed

Mow lawns, and complete other basic landscaping tasks (i.e., trims bushes, picks up limbs and branches, etc.)

Remove trash
-
Clear snow
-
Attend and participate in meetings as assigned

Complete special projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year's experience in the field of maintenance and/or construction. Basic knowledge of building maintenance techniques, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and grounds maintenance. Able to use hand tools and construction equipment. Must be physically able to operate all agency equipment and vehicles. Frequently push, pull, or lift up to 100 pounds. Reaching above the shoulder level. Standing for up to 8 hours.
Salary : $18
