Warehouse Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Indianapolis Distribution Center

At Kirby Risk, our Distribution Center is the heartbeat of our operations—ensuring that products move efficiently, accurately, and on time. We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who can lead by example, build strong teams, and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Supervisor

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting the 2nd Shift team to achieve operational goals while creating a positive and productive work environment.

You’ll

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve department goals.
• Schedule, assign, and oversee daily workflow to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• Build strong relationships within the team, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Cross-train employees to ensure flexibility and efficiency across warehouse operations.
• Handle hiring, performance management, documentation, and terminations as needed.
• Drive process improvements, problem solving, and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency.
• Promote a culture that prioritizes employee growth, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• College coursework and/or 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience (warehouse, quality, customer service, etc.)
• Experience leading a team
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Bilingual communication skills
• Understanding of business operations and warehouse processes
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proficiency with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred
