What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Supervisor
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading and supporting the 2nd Shift team to achieve operational goals while creating a positive and productive work environment.
You’ll
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve department goals.
- Schedule, assign, and oversee daily workflow to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
- Build strong relationships within the team, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Cross-train employees to ensure flexibility and efficiency across warehouse operations.
- Handle hiring, performance management, documentation, and terminations as needed.
- Drive process improvements, problem solving, and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency.
- Promote a culture that prioritizes employee growth, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- College coursework and/or 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience (warehouse, quality, customer service, etc.)
- Experience leading a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Bilingual communication skills
- Understanding of business operations and warehouse processes
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficiency with computers; Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Full-time, 2nd Shift leadership role in our Distribution Center
- Hands-on supervision in a fast-paced warehouse environment
