At Kirby Risk, our Automation Administrator’s provide sales support for Automation Services, while maintaining a positive atmosphere to further the goals of Kirby Risk Electrical Supply.
What You’ll Do as a Automation Administrator
In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Automation Services team, managing service agreements, coordinating critical processes, and ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, reliable support.
You’ll:
- Process Rockwell Automation Software quotes, orders, and contracts
- Supports sales and processes for all Kirby Risk APR’s in conjunction with Automation Area Manager – Rockwell Services for:
- Parts Management Agreements (PMA)
- Assurance Contracts
- Customer Block of Time (CBOT)
- Annual Repair Agreements (ARA)
- Training Savings Accounts (TSA)
- Engineering Services
- Demonstrate professionalism when communicating with the sales team, customers, and all organizational levels
- Participate in cross training on:
- Rockwell Service Contracts order entry
- Quoting & enrolling students into training classes
- Customer success activities
- Communication with the Sales team
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High School, GED, or relevant sales experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
- Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
- Continuous learner
- Work well both independently and in a collaborative environment
What to Expect in This Role
- Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50lbs
- Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard office equipment while working in an office environment, reaching with hands and arms
- Occasional travel possible
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
