A company located in Whitestown is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to add to its team.
Temp to hire position.
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and requirements.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is necessary to perform key job functions.
- Strong computer skills
- Experience using scanners
- Strong line leadership and team management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in group
- Forklift experience
- Inventory tracking and inventory control experience
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to monitor productivity and ensure quality standards are met
- Experience with scheduling and shift coordination
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
