What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Sales Support
In this role, you’ll be a critical connection point between customers, vendors, and our internal teams ensuring every order, interaction, and follow-up is handled with accuracy and professionalism.
You’ll:
- Serve as a receptionist and switchboard operator, managing phone calls, and directing inquiries
- Assist Customer Service Representatives with customer-facing responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Automation Specialists, and suppliers
- Track and organize business-critical information, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation
- Receive and enter customer orders accurately, efficiently, and with a focus on service excellence
- Resolve customer issues such as incorrect shipments, product inquiries, and delivery concerns
- Manage job queues, open order reports, returns, and other workflow assignments
- Support a team environment that values collaboration, communication, and accountability
What Makes You a Great Fit
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year’s clerical or administrative experience
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
- Strong computer proficiency: Microsoft experience preferred
What to Expect in This Role
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs.
- Fast-paced office and counter environment supporting both customers and internal teams
- Regular use of office equipment; computers, phone, printers, scanners
- Participation in ongoing development training
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm
