We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our operations team. This position is key to keeping projects running smoothly—from set-up to close-out. You’ll work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure all administrative and coordination tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.

Location: Lehi, UT
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our operations team. This position is key to keeping projects running smoothly—from set-up to close-out. You’ll work closely with project managers and field teams to ensure all administrative and coordination tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of project processes and systems, both electronic and physical
- Prepare and execute subcontracts and purchase orders upon approval
- Maintain and organize project and subcontractor files, insurance certificates, and safety program documents
- Ensure contract compliance and address concerns in coordination with project managers
- Complete prequalification packets for new customers
- Handle preliminary notice and pre-lien filings and related documentation
- Assist with project inspections, permits, licensing, and punch list coordination
- Order and manage plans, drawings, and project documentation
- Set up new vendors in Foundation software for compliance tracking
- Support contract close-out with proper documentation, manuals, and warranty forms
- Provide general administrative support such as calling, scanning, filing, emailing, and scheduling
- Help with estimating and project management tasks as needed

- 2 years of experience in construction administration, coordination, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to adapt and work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and professional approach in all company interactions
- Familiarity with construction processes, documentation, and compliance
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record (must be able to use own vehicle for company errands)
- Ability to occasionally lift or move supplies, large drawings, and documentation
