Requirements
- Assist Foreman and Crew Leads with daily project tasks.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment as directed.
- Support the setup, assembly, and breakdown of jobsite materials.
- Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials.
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards and company policies.
- Provide guidance and direction to less experienced crew members when needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and challenges.
- Previous construction experience required (civil or heavy equipment preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction practices, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Leadership experience in a construction crew setting.
