Position: Surveyor

What You’ll Do
- Perform all field survey tasks, including layout and as-builts
- Conduct your own line work and calculations
- Collect and interpret field data using CAD
- Capture accurate as-built information and provide coordinated submittals to the city
- Ensure precise location documentation for civil infrastructure and utilities
- Collaborate with construction crews and project managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Experience in civil construction surveying
- Strong CAD proficiency (AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar preferred)
- Ability to independently handle survey calculations and layout work
- Field experience in capturing and documenting as-built data
- Knowledge of municipal requirements for submittals
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and detail
