The Racquet Court Attendant is a vital team member in the daily operations of the Pickleball Department at Kings Creek Country Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members in scheduling court time and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with members, ensuring their needs are met.
- Cleanliness and organization of racquet facilities and equipment is crucial, including regular maintenance of all equipment.
- Promote various programs, products, and services to create a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Audit transactions accurately at the end of each shift to ensure efficiency and correctness.
Essential Functions
- Greet members, review court schedules, and assist in a courteous manner.
- Explain Racquet programs, services, and equipment to members, fostering personalized relationships.
- Ensure racquet facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Provide towels, water, and general assistance for a great playing experience.
- Maintain court rules, monitor proper usage, and schedule reservations.
- Daily tasks include brushing and lining courts, watering, rolling, removing debris, and net post maintenance.
Requirements
- Possess or be working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
- CPR and AED certification within 30 days of hire.
- One year of customer service experience.
This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours per week from May through October.
