The Racquet Court Attendant plays a vital role in the daily operations of the Pickleball Department at Kings Creek Country Club. This position involves assisting the Wellness Team as well as the Tennis & Pickleball Professionals to ensure that all aspects of the department run smoothly.
- The attendant is responsible for assisting members in scheduling court time, educating members about various Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction.
- The attendant must maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with members, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience at the facility.
- In addition to monitoring the schedule on the courts and customer service, the Racquet Court Attendant is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the racquet facilities and equipment. This includes ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition and that the environment is welcoming for all members.
- The attendant will also promote various programs, products, and services, helping to create a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Accurate billing at the end of each shift is also a key responsibility, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities
- Greets, reviews the schedule of court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner
- Explains all Racquet programs, services, and equipment to members
- Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members
- Assists in ensuring all racquet facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition
- Promotes all KCCC programs and services
- Provide towels, water, and general assistance to ensure a great playing experience.
- Enforcing court rules - monitor proper usage and maintain a schedule for court reservations.
- Daily brushing & lining to maintain a smooth surface and to keep lines visible.
- Watering the court
- Rolling the courts - regularly roll the surface to maintain compactness and prevent loose clay buildup.
- Remove debris - leaves, pine needles and other debris that could affect play.
- Net and post maintenance - proper tension.
Requirements

Possess or working toward a High School Diploma or GED

CPR and AED Certified within the first 30 days of hire

1 year of customer service experience
This is a Part Time position that will be 16 hours a week from May through October
