Electrical Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily & High-End Residential

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be the primary client interface and project leader, overseeing journeymen and foremen while coordinating with general contractors, engineers, and owners. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership credibility, and proven client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client contact from contract award through project closeout
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Resolve issues quickly to protect schedules and relationships
- Apply journeyman-level expertise to guide installations and troubleshooting
- Ensure all work meets NEC, local code, and Kingdom quality standards
- Direct and mentor field crews with technical credibility
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and permits
- Partner with the Field Operations Manager on crew deployment and logistics
- Oversee material procurement and coordinate with suppliers
- Conduct jobsite inspections and ensure compliance
- Identify additional scope opportunities during execution
- Prepare and secure approval for accurate change orders
- Target 15% additional project revenue annually through change orders
- Maintain contracts, permits, change orders, and inspection records
- Provide weekly project status updates to ownership and clients
- Ensure OSHA compliance and document safety protocols
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
- 3 to 5, or more, years of hands-on electrical field experience
- 1 to 7 years of project management or coordination experience
- Proficiency in reading drawings, NEC code, and estimating/project management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform site inspections as needed with or without reasonable accommodation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- A Master Electrician or Contractor license is preferred
- Commercial/multifamily/high-end residential experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Familiarity with AccuBid, ConEst, & Bluebeam or similar estimating software
- Electrical Engineering degree or technical training is preferred
- Full-time position, W-2 employee role.
- Salary: $85,000 to $130,000 annually
- Eligibility for performance bonuses based on change order revenue and client satisfaction.
- Annual Reviews: Salary adjustments based on performance
