Apprentice Electrician
Location: Denver, CO (projects across the Colorado Front Range).

As an Apprentice Electrician, you'll work under licensed journeymen and foremen to perform installations, assist on commercial, multifamily, and residential projects, and progress toward journeyman certification. This is a hands-on training role with structured development.
Responsibilities
- Install wiring, conduit, panels, and fixtures per plans and code
- Assist with rough-in and finish electrical work
- Pull wire, install MC cable/Romex, and connect systems
- Support panel installations, grounding, and bonding
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain compliance with NEC and Colorado codes
- Participate in daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Track apprenticeship hours and attend training toward a journeyman license
- Care for and maintain company tools and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 4 years of electrical experience OR current enrollment in an apprenticeship program
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of electrical theory, NEC, and safety practices
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools and testing equipment
- Reliable, accountable, and eager to learn
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied conditions
Pay & Benefits
- Full-time position, W-2 employee role.
- Hourly Pay Range: $20 to $33 per hour (based on apprenticeship year and experience)
- Overtime Pay: Time and a half per Colorado law (over 40 hours/week or 12/day)
- Performance Reviews: Annual reviews with potential wage increases
