Electrical Journeyman/Foreman - Commercial & Multifamily

Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor electrical crews and apprentices
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols
- Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure PPE compliance
- Maintain safe, organized jobsites
- Interpret electrical blueprints and specifications
- Perform complex installations, including conduit runs, panels, and system connections
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues
- Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and company standards
- Maintain a 4-6 week look-ahead schedule
- Coordinate with other trades and general contractors
- Communicate with inspectors to ensure compliance
- Provide progress reports to management
- Conduct daily quality checks and pre-inspections
- Document issues and implement corrective actions
- Complete punch list items and ensure high-quality finishes
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and project records
- Support job costing and productivity tracking
- Use company software for reporting, material tracking, and safety documentation
- Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License (required)
- 4 or more years of electrical experience; commercial/multifamily preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of NEC, Colorado electrical codes, and OSHA standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varied conditions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Full-time position, W-2 employee role.
- Hourly Pay Range: $35 to $45 per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime Pay: Time and a half in compliance with Colorado law
- Annual performance reviews with potential wage increases
- Medical Insurance: Majority of employee premiums covered (after 90 days)
