Is already licensed (Series 7 66)

Has 3 - 5 years in the Wealth Management industry

Knows how to handle clients, solve problems, and manage moving pieces

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level operational and client service support to a team of financial advisors
- Open and maintain client accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups
- Manage a high volume of client service requests with professionalism and urgency
- Handle multiple workflows simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of all tasks
- Act as a key point of contact for client needs, delivering a white-glove service experience
- Collaborate closely with advisors and internal teams to support overall business operations
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:

5 years of experience in financial services operations or client service roles

Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
- Proven ability to multitask at a high level and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional presence
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Salary & Benefits:

$90,000 – $110,000 annual salary (depending on experience) plus lucrative Bonus and both Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Plans
