Position Overview
As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of King of Budz — helping customers find the right products, sharing knowledge, and ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude.
- Educate customers on products, strains, effects, and responsible consumption.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, deals, and new product arrivals.
- Accurately handle cash and point-of-sale transactions.
- Restock and organize sales floor displays as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state cannabis laws and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
