Part-Time | Opportunity for Full-Time
We are looking for friendly, motivated Budtenders to join our team. If you enjoy helping customers, learning about cannabis products, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
At Leaf Plug, our goal is to provide customers with a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional dispensary experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on cannabis products including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and accessories
- Help customers choose products based on their preferences and needs
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with New York cannabis regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Support inventory management and restocking of products
- Stay informed on new products and industry trends
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Cannabis knowledge or industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Schedule
- Part-time hours to start
