We’re seeking a responsible and dependable Delivery Driver to safely transport cannabis products directly to customers while ensuring compliance with New York State regulations.
Position Overview
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of King of Budz in the community, responsible for timely and secure delivery of orders to customers’ homes. You’ll maintain professionalism, ensure product integrity, and provide exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver cannabis orders to customers in compliance with all state laws.
- Verify orders, check IDs, and ensure correct product quantities before delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Provide professional, friendly customer service during all deliveries.
- Follow all company safety protocols and state regulations for cannabis transport.
- Assist with inventory, packaging, and loading of delivery orders as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the store team regarding delivery schedules and issues.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 and meet all state requirements for cannabis delivery.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate various delivery locations safely.
- Previous delivery or retail experience preferred but not required.
