What we’re looking for
- A current CNA certification in Wyoming
- A big heart, patience, and good communication with clients and families
- Someone who notices when something’s off and speaks up
- The ability to safely lift and assist with transfers
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- CPR/BLS is a plus, as is experience with seniors, dementia care, or hospice. We’ll train you on the rest.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to seniors and individuals with dementia, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report patient health status, observe for changes, and document care in EMR/EHR systems while maintaining HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with medication reminders, basic medical terminology understanding, and basic first aid/BLS as needed.
- Support memory care and end-of-life care, coordinate with family and healthcare teams, and ensure a safe home environment.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation assistance as required, while upholding dignity and respect for patients.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
