Role: Certified Nursing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, toileting, nutrition, and safety
  • Accurately report changes to nursing staff and document in electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Support residents in short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory care programs
  • Maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and uphold high clinical standards

Qualifications & Skills

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of resident safety and care procedures
