Here, you treat one patient at a time, in the place where their recovery actually has to work: their own home. You’ll see the stairs they need to climb, the bathroom they need to navigate, and the family members cheering them on. You’ll also have the clinical freedom to build a plan that fits their real life, not a clinic schedule.

- Full-time: $45–$55/hr, plus health insurance and an IRA with up to 3% match
- Part-time: $45–$55/hr
- Contract PT: a higher rate, negotiated to fit your availability and caseload

What we’re looking for
- A PT licensed in Wyoming, or eligible for licensure
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Someone who’s comfortable working independently and connects easily with patients and families
- Home health or geriatric experience is a plus; OASIS experience is a bonus
