Kimball Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Director to lead safety excellence across our $2M government and commercial projects throughout Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and Delaware.

Your Impact
β Conduct field inspections, audits, and hands-on coaching with superintendents, PMs, and trades
β Use predictive analytics and leading indicators to prevent incidents before they occur
β Design and deliver behavior-based safety programs and mentorship initiatives
β Present safety performance and risk strategy to C-suite and major clients
β Drive digital transformation with cutting-edge safety management platforms
We're Looking For
Required:
- 5 years construction safety leadership experience
- OSHA 500 & 510 Outreach Trainer certification
- First Aid/CPR current
- Proven ability to influence and coach at all organizational levels
- US Citizenship required
Preferred:
- CHST or CSP certification (or pursuing)
- Bachelor's in Safety/Construction or related field
- Experience with predictive safety analytics and digital platforms
