Kimball Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Director to lead safety excellence across our $2M government and commercial projects throughout Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and Delaware.

Your Impact

✅ Conduct field inspections, audits, and hands-on coaching with superintendents, PMs, and trades

✅ Use predictive analytics and leading indicators to prevent incidents before they occur

✅ Design and deliver behavior-based safety programs and mentorship initiatives

✅ Present safety performance and risk strategy to C-suite and major clients

✅ Drive digital transformation with cutting-edge safety management platforms

We're Looking For

Required:

• 5 years construction safety leadership experience
• OSHA 500 & 510 Outreach Trainer certification
• First Aid/CPR current
• Proven ability to influence and coach at all organizational levels
• US Citizenship required

Preferred:

• CHST or CSP certification (or pursuing)
• Bachelor's in Safety/Construction or related field
• Experience with predictive safety analytics and digital platforms
