Human Resources Intern

Brief Description

At Kidwell, our employees are our top priority. The Human Resource Intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives that directly impact our staff’s engagement. The Human Resources Intern will be exposed to all HR functions but will primarily focus on assisting with recruitment and general HR Support. A successful HR Intern will work collaboratively with the HR team, assist with fun and engaging employee events, provide great customer service, and embody our core values and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the Recruiting process:
• Posting of Job requisitions, screening candidates, phone screens, and attend career fairs with our recruiting team.
• Assist and prepare correspondence to all employees as needed.
• Prepare and file documents into appropriate employee files.
• Assist the HR Team with socials and events for all Kidwell Employees.
• Order and manage office & field staff snacks and drinks.
• Assist with Wellness Challenge management and communications.
• Gain experience working in HRIS system – UKG Ready.
• Other duties as assigned include answering phones, data entry, general HR support, etc.
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• Working towards an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or other relatable experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
• Must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to collaborate with the team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Word is preferred.
