Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
Hours: Guaranteed 25 hours per week

Pay: $30/hour mileage reimbursement
About the Family:
We are a busy, laid-back family of five with three children ages 15, 13, and 9. We also have a cat and a dog. Our family enjoys spending time together on weekends doing activities like bowling, mini-golf, and karaoke. With Dad starting a new job, we are looking for dependable afternoon and evening support.
About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time nanny and home manager who is organized, reliable, and adaptable. While the daily schedule is consistent, the tasks vary day to day, so flexibility is important. Prior nannying and home management experience is strongly preferred. Applicants must have a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle for transporting children.
Responsibilities:
- Begin each day around noon with home management tasks such as:
- Meal prep
- Light daily tidying
- Seasonal clothing rotation for the children
- Running errands
- Walking the dog
- Greet children after school between 3:30–3:45 PM
- Assist with snack prep and homework support
- Prepare dinner for the children
- Help children get ready for evening activities
- Drive children to and from activities and ensure safe return home
- Plan engaging activities for days without scheduled events
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and proactive
- Easygoing, adaptable, and able to anticipate household needs
- Reliable with strong communication skills
- Clean driving record and safe, personal vehicle
- Previous nanny and home management experience required
Preferred Skills (not required):
- Ability to speak Chinese or French
- Soccer experience
- Tutoring or academic support experience
