Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a highly motivated Wireless Test Engineer to join our WiFi Operations (WTS) team. Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, validating, and optimizing the performance of wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, and 5G NR across lab and field environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality customer experiences by designing and executing test strategies, analyzing network performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Duties:

Duties:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for wireless devices and networks (WiFi, LTE, 5G)
- Perform lab and field testing, including drive testing and real-world scenario validation
- Analyze performance data (KPIs) such as latency, throughput, packet loss, and coverage
- Monitor network health using internal dashboards and OEM network management tools
- Identify performance gaps and implement solutions to improve coverage, reliability, and Quality of Experience (QoE)
- Troubleshoot RF, network, and device-related issues across WiFi and cellular environments
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to resolve network and customer-impacting issues
- Automate testing workflows for Android and iOS devices, including superuser and tethered configurations
- Conduct root cause analysis using drive test data, logs, and subscriber experience insights
- Validate new technologies, devices, and configurations prior to production deployment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for wireless performance and operational efficiency
- Document test results, findings, and recommendations clearly and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of experience in RF engineering, wireless testing, or related roles
- Proficiency with Android Debug Bridge (ADB) and device-level debugging
- Hands-on experience with Android and iOS device configuration and automation
- Strong understanding of network performance metrics and user experience (QoE)
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 5G NR, LTE, and Wi-Fi technologies

- Experience working in cross-functional telecom or cable operator environments
- Knowledge of device certification and validation processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel as needed for field testing, market validation, and deployment support
