Kforce has a client seeking a remote UX Designer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:
- Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and ecosystem diagrams to help teams understand complex relationships across people, processes, and platforms
- Assist in various aspects of research, visual design, and strategy when needed to support product or initiative goals
- Delivers framework for competitive research and informs investments made in customer-facing and internal capabilities
- Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research, using a variety of methods to surface user needs and test hypotheses
- Translate research insights into clear recommendations to support design and service direction
- Work closely and collaboratively with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
- Facilitate ideation sessions and prototyping exercises
- Deliver compelling executive-level presentations to communicate service vision
- Experience developing customer-facing experiences, as well as internal / operational work
- Mix of service design and business or consulting background (ex. operational execution, test & learn)
- Someone who is not -academic- or rigid on approach, able to shift based on business needs
- Able to pivot to fast-paced environment with a lot of stakeholders
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both peers and stakeholders
- Tools: the resource needs to be proficient in Miro (Critical), PPT (Critical) Jira (Critical), Figma Make (Foundational)
