Kforce's direct client has an immediate need for a Technical Business Analyst with Commercial Real Estate/Asset Management industry experience for a hybrid, long term (12 months) contract position onsite in Dallas, TX (3-4 days/week) or New York, NY. Core Responsibilities:

- Support IT projects for real estate and equity teams, including global team
- Coordinate QuickBase integrations and data flows, including dashboarding and reporting
- Gather requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard builds
- Participate in ongoing RFE data analysis and automation projects
- Validate data relationships and support developers in modeling and integration tasks
- Targeting mid-level (7-10 years of experience); Open to sharp candidates with 5-7 years of experience
- Commercial Real Estate industry experience required/Asset Management
- Understanding of real estate KPIs, asset/investment data structures, and stakeholder language.
- Experience with QuickBase (low/no-code SaaS; training provided if needed)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft products is required
- Ability to drive requirements and validate data for dashboarding and integrations
