Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant (Healthcare Transformation) for a remote role - however, candidates must reside in NV, CO or WA. This is a contract role, running through December 2026 (potential extension/conversion). Travel up to 25% as needed for project milestones and go-lives. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Consultants to lead healthcare transformation initiatives focused on care delivery optimization, operational improvement, clinic expansion, and large-scale change management efforts. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Lead complex healthcare transformation initiatives
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
- Develop project plans, track deliverables, and drive execution
- Partner with clinical, operational, executive, and IT stakeholders
- Support implementation, workflow redesign, and go-live activities
- Translate business and clinical needs into actionable solutions
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 3 years
- Direct healthcare care delivery experience required
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, surgical settings, or healthcare operations
- Proven success leading large-scale change management and transformation initiatives
- Strong project/program management skills
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience collaborating with healthcare IT teams
- Epic experience
- Healthcare consulting background
- Surgical operations or scheduling experience
- Hospital/inpatient operations experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies experience
