Kforce's client, a Publicly Traded Chemical Manufacturer located in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Senior Business Partner - Manufacturing & Operations. This position serves as the primary technology advisor to our largest manufacturing plant and logistics operations. Summary: In this role, you will partner directly with operations leadership to align technology investments with business priorities. Acting as the main point of contact for digital and IT initiatives, you will help guide transformation efforts, improve operational efficiency, and ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value. You will collaborate across the IT organization-including Data & Analytics, Enterprise Platforms, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity-to drive innovation, support operational excellence, and build a strong data-driven culture across the plant and logistics teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8 years of progressive experience in IT, digital strategy, or technology leadership roles
- 5 years of experience partnering with business leaders in roles such as IT Business Partner, Strategic Technology Advisor, or Technology Account Manager
- Proven experience developing and executing IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong financial and business acumen, including business case development and budget management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Master's degree or MBA
- Experience in manufacturing environments
- Track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
