This role applies advanced instructional design expertise, partners closely with stakeholders, and serves as a trusted resource for learning strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:

This role applies advanced instructional design expertise, partners closely with stakeholders, and serves as a trusted resource for learning strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-impact instructional materials for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning formats, including eLearning, videos, job aids, and workshops
- Apply advanced adult learning principles, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and learning technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and analyze performance gaps to recommend strategic learning solutions
- Develop and oversee storyboards, scripts, and learning prototypes using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to ensure instructional accuracy and alignment with organizational goals
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, learner feedback, and performance metrics; Recommend continuous improvement opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree, certification, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience serving as a resource or mentor to less experienced team members; may lead projects or programs
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design theories, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of learning best practices and how instructional design integrates with broader business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex or sensitive information and build consensus across teams
- Proven ability to solve complex problems using sound judgment and analysis of multiple data sources
- Ability to meet near-term targets while planning work on a monthly and quarterly basis
