- Operationalize the technology operating model, rhythms, and governance frameworks
- Establish and run impact measurement frameworks, with consistent progress tracking and reporting
- Drive process optimization initiatives across the technology organization
- Develop executive-ready strategy narratives using data, storytelling, and presentations
- Support executive cadences by facilitating senior-level discussions as needed
- Analyze data using advanced Excel and basic visualization to inform strategic decisions
- Manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve execution, alignment, and delivery
- Familiarity with the payments industry and platform technologies
- Experience designing and implementing OKR frameworks and reporting
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel and basic data visualization
- Proven ability to articulate technology strategy through executive-level storytelling and presentations
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Visualization tools a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive audiences
- Ability to lead or support executive-level conversations and cadences
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and quality focus
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative team player committed to continuous improvement and colleague growth
