Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Archer Developer in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain RSA Archer applications
- Perform end-to-end Archer configuration
- Develop and support custom objects and complex data models
- Build and maintain API-based integrations with internal and external systems
- Work extensively with Archer Next Gen UI to improve usability and performance
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Dev, QA, and Prod environments
- Partner with risk, audit, compliance, and IT teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Ensure adherence to Archer best practices, security, and performance standards
- Provide documentation, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience as an RSA Archer Developer or Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Archer architecture, data model, and core configurations
- Experience with custom objects, REST APIs, and system integrations
- Hands-on experience with Archer Next Gen UI
- Support for multiple use cases (RCSA, Issues, Risk Register, Compliance, Audit)
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-tuning skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating Archer with platforms like Snowflake or ServiceNow (preferred)
- Knowledge of GRC processes, upgrades, data migrations, and regulated environments
