Overview: The Revit Specialist - Electrical will support and apply electrical BIM processes across all project phases, including schematic design, design development, permitting, and construction documents. Duties:

Overview: The Revit Specialist - Electrical will support and apply electrical BIM processes across all project phases, including schematic design, design development, permitting, and construction documents. Duties:
- Prepare and maintain electrical Revit models and drawings, ensuring coordination with all engineering disciplines
- Oversee electrical BIM workflows for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and project requirements
- Participate in BIM-related coordination meetings with engineers, designers, and project teams
- Identify and resolve clashes through multi-discipline coordination to improve design efficiency
- Maintain and enhance electrical BIM templates, families, and content to support consistency and efficiency
- Perform quality control checks to ensure models are accurate, constructable, and up to date
- Coordinate with the BIM team for background updates and model revisions
- Perform additional duties as needed to support project success
- 3 years of BIM experience within the electrical engineering industry
- Hands-on experience with Revit (required); familiarity with other architectural and engineering software is a plus
- Basic understanding of project delivery methods, including design-build, design-bid-build, and fast-track
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based applications
- Clear and professional communication skills - verbal, written, and graphic
- Up-to-date knowledge of BIM industry trends and emerging technologies
- Travel up to 10-35% for project or client-related meetings
- Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility for evenings or weekends as project deadlines are required
- Visual acuity, including color differentiation and depth perception
