Kforce has a client that is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst in Boston, MA. Key Tasks:
- Revenue Operations Analyst will review customer agreements to identify billing terms and revenue-related elements
- Enter and process sales orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations) to resolve order discrepancies
- Verify order data across systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
- As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards
- Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests
- 2 years of experience in order processing, data entry, or sales operations
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and business compliance standards
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, shortcuts)
- Ability to work with multiple systems and reconcile data across platforms
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems preferred
