Kforce has a client in Salt Lake County that is seeking a seasoned Implementation Project Manager with a strong background in financial services system conversions. This role requires strategic leadership, detailed planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful deployment of complex technology and operational initiatives.

Requirements
- Proven success in large-scale financial services system conversions (banking experience strongly preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to build and manage detailed implementation and cutover plans
- Experience leading implementation planning, including mock conversions and go-live events
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe) and hybrid environments (Agile Waterfall)
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and Microsoft Project
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across business, technology, and operations teams
- Experience working with project managers across multiple teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
